The November Investiture also highlighted the Grand Priory's dedication to recognise noteworthy individuals from the community and award them for services rendered to the community and to the Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus.
The Chancellor of the Grand Priory delegated his fellow Chancellor, Chev. Roderick Morriss KCLJ, Chancellor of the Grand Priory of England, Wales, Isle of Man and Channel Islands to award, in the Grade of Officer of Merit, the Mayor of Tarxien, Malta, Mr. Paul Farrugia and the Rt. Revd. David Morris, Minister of the St. Andrews Scots Church.
